We have POSTERS about an event you are having in our area...What is the cost?
If you have posters about The 3 B Method Seminar and than you are being invited FREE by either your office or your Coldwell Banker Regional Director and there is NO cost to you...There are ticket events throughout the United States and if your area is a ticket sales event the poster will state the fee and registration information will be on this site under seminar schedule...
Can the 3 B Method be presented to professions other than real estate agents?
Yes...The 3 B Method is a life changing system for any and all people regardless of their profession...However, there is a layout that is specific to the tools and trades of real estate and my secrets to my personal success...
Did you really on work an average 32 Hours a Week?
I promise I did and still do...Lynn and I make a point during the school year to take our kids to school and we pick them up together EVERYDAY at 3:30 pm...I work appointments from 10 - 2:30 and then would work 1 or 2 evenings IF NEEDED and Sunday Open Houses on occassion...(I LOVE OPEN HOUSES!)
The week of the July 4th in 2005 I put 8 homes (MY LISTINGS) under contract while on vacation and covered myself via fax, email and phone...
It is important and I am clear to agents that there is a time as a new agent that you must just go with the flow in this business...Sometimes you will work hours you do not like to get your groundwork done...However, I do believe and teach that you have a CHOICE! We all work on the schedule that we choose with the clients that we choose! You serve your clients and you do the best you can at all times because you CHOOSE to be the BEST! YOU ARE THE BEST!
Do you ever take a non working vacation?
Yes...I teach and live that EVERYDAY is A HOLIDAY...But as far as a real vacation - yes, our family will take a cruise for 10 days in the Fall and I have NO PHONE - EMAIL - It is a wonderful detox from tech toys! I encourage agents to always have a buddy system of someone you can trust with your business if the need arrives for a 5 - 10 day departure from your business...
What is your speaking rate?
I would prefer to discuss this in a confidential conversation. However, I have researched the rates of speakers and feel that I am very reasonable in my fee...
What other fees are associated with a booking?
Bookings more than 3 hours from Burlington, NC require 2 roundtrip air tickets from RDU ot GBO
(Raleigh or Greensboro, NC)
A hotel for 1 or 2 Nights
Non- Smoking and King Bed requested
$75.00 per day transportation expense
$75.00 per day food expense
If we drive to your location to speak, within 3 hours of Burlington, NC
there will be a suggested $200 - 400 transportation fee added to speaking fee for cost of my $75.00 to $100.00 per fill up Suburban and wear and tear...
What speaking equipment needs do you have?
Large Projection Screen 5x5 min.
A small table at the front of the room as people come in...A table cloth is nice...but not required...
Lavalier microphone (if 60 or more)
Small table at the front center for my laptop and my digital projector
A Flip Chart for showing MATH and other fun things!
A MUST HAVE for the Flip Chart!
Extension Cord is needed for the projector and lap top...
It is great to have an extra cord for any last minute needs...
Is there a SPEAKER GUARANTEE?
Yes, All prepaid expenses would be reimbursed within 10 days of cancellation if the need were to arise to cancel by Speaker. In this case, the event would be postponed and new contract issued. Expense only fees for future training dates.
I have never cancelled yet....
Am I pushing products?
NO - I am against this and hated to go to seminars as an agent when people pushed me to buy! I will have products if people want to purchase but will never FORCE my material on anyone...I do have great discounts for certain vendors that I have negotiated deals on
ie: Wireless cards, Arch Telecom, NEXTEL...
